Delivery, Returns, Warranty and Care

DELIVERY

All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours once payment is received. 

We use Australia Post to send your items and offer both standard and express shipping. Once sent, standard delivery orders will arrive in 2-6 business days and express orders in 1-3 business days, depending on where you are located. 

Australia Post can deliver to apartments, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and remote locations.

RETURNS POLICY

If you need to return a product due to a fault or defect, we’ll cover the return postage costs. Simply arrange the return through the Contact Us form below.

Returns due to incorrect sizing or change of mind will be at the customer’s expense.

All items must be returned within 7 days of the return request being approved.

WARRANTY 

All Liids Headgear is covered by a 6-month manufacturer's warranty.

If you experience damage, loss during transit, or discover a defect, you must notify us within 10 working days from the date you receive the invoice for that delivery.
Please note: Failure to submit a complaint within this period will void any rights you may have regarding the issue.

Please note: Headgear should not be used for more than 12 months.
